Ambitious Projects Brought to Life

The expansion of our hotel, with the addition of 16 new rooms, was a major milestone. This strategic investment allowed us to host two major television productions: an American film crew that set up their basecamp at our facility, prompting us to upgrade our parking capacity to enhance our logistical operations, and the production team of Mon Grand Chantier Rona, which stayed with us for three months.

A Record Year for Golf: 30,000 Rounds Played

2024 was an exceptional year for our golf course, thanks to favorable weather and a season that extended until November 23. The closure of other courses in the region attracted numerous new golfers, contributing to a record-breaking total of over 30,000 rounds played. This popularity resulted in a high demand for advance reservations. However, we faced a significant challenge: no-show tee times, which caused an estimated loss of $75,000.
Additionally, we introduced Tagmarshal technology in our golf carts, improving tee time management and pace of play. We are currently working on a tee time cancellation policy, which will be announced at the start of the 2025 season.

Innovative Human Resources Management

With our rapid growth, the number of employees also increased significantly, covering roles such as housekeepers, cooks, service staff, starters, and marshals, among others. To attract and retain top talent, we launched innovative HR initiatives, including:

• Home Ownership Assistance Program: Financial aid of up to $5,000 for purchasing or renovating a home, available after 2.5 years of service, under specific conditions.
• Promoting Physical Activity: One hour of paid exercise per week to encourage employee well-being.

Looking Ahead to 2025: A Vision for the Future

The momentum continues in 2025 with several major projects:

• The addition of an in-ground pool and two hot tubs at the hotel, set to open in May.
• The acquisition and transformation of the Yuca Riviera Motel on St-Patrick Street in Rawdon. Renovations will begin on January 15, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for this property.
