Rawdon is a significant tourist hub in Lanaudière, and the majority of accommodations are cottages. Being the only hotel in Rawdon and maintaining an occupancy rate of approximately 80% throughout the year, the need to build more rooms was growing.

Similar to our current rooms, these new spaces will be carefully furnished and decorated. Two Queen beds, a mini fridge, toaster oven, coffee machine, wifi, and a gas fireplace are basic inclusions in all our rooms.

Taking inspiration from our counterparts in Saint-Michel-des-Saints, L'Auberge du Lac Taureau, and Grand R in St-Donat, we are expanding our establishment. 16 new rooms will be ready to welcome visitors in 2024.

In a second phase, a bright lobby connecting the two hotel sections will welcome guests during check-ins, which are currently contactless. This will enable a team of receptionists, possibly concierges, to guide and advise clients on the best attractions in the region.

This expansion will directly and indirectly lead to the creation of about ten permanent jobs. Receptionists, room attendants, building maintenance staff, cooks, and servers are the positions that we'll need to fulfilled in spring 2024.
